Staff has been extremely helpful in meeting the serious needs on a short time line needed. They have been good to communicate. The only issue was I was not called to be given a date for first appointment I just received a text message of when and what time. My only concern is that both insurances will be billed BEFORE my secondary denies claims and won't pay what's owed due to Mercy not filing with both insurances.
