Air conditioning was not working. I felt so bad for the employees. It was very hot. They were running behind in their day, and the appointment began later and ran longer due to the slow down. Everyone was very nice, considering the conditions they had to work under. I feel like the Mercy system recommended further tests on young kids that we're not recommended prior to Mercy taking over. The same doctor did not recommend these tests when my oldest child was younger. We have no family history for these suggested tests.
