    The waiting time to get an appointment is very disappointing. From the referral to getting an appointment needs serious attention. I don't think a month long wait is acceptable. Once at the facility we were very impressed with everyone. From check in to nurses to Doctor to scheduling the our patient surgery -- everyone was top notch.
