    Dr. T was great! I have been having troubles with some other doctors so was nervous about starting a new doctor but he was awesome! listened to everything I had to say, my appointment didn't feel rushed, and it felt like he really was there to help me.

    Mercy encourages early arrival but then the doors weren't unlocked until 8:45am so we waited out in the hallway even though staff were available. We were hurried into our room and were still filling out paperwork but then the doctor didn't see us until 22 minutes after our scheduled appointment. Sticking to a schedule and having the waiting room open 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment is important to us as patients.

    Just pushing meds is how we felt. No real clear answers or any other suggestions. I had to push for other things. He definitely didn't mention them at first until I asked. And we still aren't sure of answers. He was nice tho and my daughter liked him.
