        The setup nurse/PA did a great job. Dr Lee explained the issues with my neck condition and listened intently to my input, causing him to think more about my condition and possible treatments. He wanted another test to give him more information, as well as some time to contemplate my specific case. We will have a follow up appt to discuss in more detail.

        I had to get a surgery scheduled and it took over an hour and 15 min to get through the process. It would sure be nice if it was a faster process .
