    Dr Verma was very personable and professional. She was very knowledgeable on the issue and provided a clear understanding of the explanation for further testing. I was very impressed to hear her say she reviewed my chart/medical history prior to the appointment. I don't think many physicians take the time to do that to become familiar with the patient prior to meeting them, and/or look for any recent procedures or prescription changes since their last visit, if they're a returning patient.
