    I have followed Dr. Phillips since the beginning of the acute phase of my condition, since 2002! That's 23 years this year. I now have a yearly appointment, so I make only one appointment per year. But Mercy has been making good changes in using technology which I found to be helpful in this year's appointment. Thank you for your helpful and progressive management.
