It should never be a situation where the doctors telling the patient this is what you have to do, and the patient doesn’t feel comfortable with that. They should always be able to voice their concerns too.

        There is no need for loud rock music on the transistor radio in the waiting room... perhaps, soft piano music ? Preferably Silence. Dr Dalton is a wonderful physician; I felt she really took the time to listen to me, has a friendly manner & put me at ease, given the sensitive nature of her work.
