Care Philosophy Currently serving as the director of the Mercy Northwest Arkansas Joint Replacement Center. I completed my fellowship on advanced joint reconstruction at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. My clinical interests include arthritis of the hip and knee, osteonecrosis of the hip and knee, painful or failing hip and knee replacements and periprosthetic fractures around hip and knee replacements. Procedures I routinely perform include direct anterior total hip replacement, partial and total knee replacement, complex revision hip and knee replacement and personalized knee replacement.

      The teams there at mercy ortho are THE BEST. Also I have several (I'm not kidding!) friends who have benefitted from Dr. Grammer's hip replacements. They are his advertisements for surgeries well done and lives renewed. I have only the best things to say about the personnel at this clinic.

      We went to Dr. Grammer for a second opinion & he was great. He listened to us & explained everything in detail.

      very timely - told us at checkin that there was a 45 minute delay, but we were finished with our x-ray and visit with Dr Grammer, and out the door within an hour. Thank you for a pleasant experience and quick in / out.
