      I signed in 20 minutes before my appointment was due. My appointment was due at 1.40. They did not know I was there. I asked twice what was the holdup. Ten people went in ahead of me. They finally told me that no one told the doctor that I was there. My appointment was an hour and ten minutes late because of their incompetence.
