Specialized support group forming at Mercy Jefferson

Mercy Hospital Jefferson will ring in the new year by bringing a new support organization to Jefferson County. Grief Recovery After a Substance Passing (GRASP) was created to offer understanding, compassion and support for those who have lost someone they love through addiction and overdose.

An organizational “Meet and Greet” event is planned from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, in Conference Room C at Mercy Hospital Jefferson. Those who attend will learn more about the organization and will set the frequency and timing of future meetings.
