Pay Your Bill By Mail

Mail your check, money order or credit card information with the tear-off stub from your billing statement or the account number(s) the payment should be credited to.

As part of our healing ministry, Mercy is committed to providing quality health care services to all our patients regardless of their financial situation. 

Mercy Eligibility Program

The Mercy Eligibility Program is staffed by a team ready to answer questions about the process of applying for Medicaid and or Health Exchange coverage. If you have concerns about your ability to pay for your care, or questions about financial assistance, please call us toll free at 844-764-6850 or see our additional resources below.

Financial Assistance

Mercy grants hospital and clinic financial assistance to patients for medically necessary care based on need, as determined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines which consider household income and family size.  Financial assistance is also subject to an asset test. If you apply and are eligible, you'll pay no more than the amount generally billed to insured individuals.

Additional Financial Options

1.      Mercy Payment Plan

After any appropriate discounts have been applied, arrangements may be made for an interest-free monthly payment plan of 12-18 months, depending on your eligibility.

2.      Extended Payment Plan Loan Program

Mercy has partnered with Commerce Bank to offer an Extended Payment Plan 0% interest loan, no-credit check banking option. To qualify you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of $25,000 household income/year
  • Minimum of $250 balance
  • Can provide the last two years of address(es) where you lived
  • All accounts in good standing (nothing with a collection agency)
  • Loan duration is based on amount:

24 months- $250-$4,999.99

60 months- $5,000-$14,999.99

84 months- $15,000-$50,000

Uninsured Patient Discounts 

We will discount Mercy's regular billed charges for patients who do not have insurance or a third party coverage benefit. This includes patients whose financial situation normally would not otherwise qualify them for financial assistance. The discount for all uninsured patients is 35% for hospital services and 25% for professional services.
