Community Health and Outreach - Southwest Missouri and Kansas

Community Health and Outreach - Southwest Missouri and Kansas focuses on community health and access in the communities served by Mercy hospitals and clinics in Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas. We have partnerships with over 100 community health and social service agencies, clinics, churches, and schools to connect the economically under-served with health and social service resources.

Community Health & Benefit 

Mercy is working together in partnership with the community to identify needs and develop strategies to improve the health of individuals, families and neighborhoods. Access Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs) for all Mercy communities.
