Nutritional Counseling

We offer one-on-one nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian to support your health goals. We’ll work with you on a diet history assessment. Then we’ll create a diet plan to meet your needs. 

Oklahoma City South Dietitian Services

We provide dietitian services when referred by a doctor. You'll meet with our registered dietitian, who will tailor a plan just for you. You may bring someone with you, and you may want to bring a food journal of what you’ve had to eat and drink for the last few days. Our registered dietitians provide services such as:

• Nutrition education about food portions and labels
• Personalized nutrition plans
