Mercy Emergency Department - Springdale is the second free standing emergency room in the Northwest Arkansas region.  Our emergency room provides state-of-the-art emergency care, 24/7.  The emergency room, located at Mercy Springdale near Elm Springs Road, features:

  • lab
  • X-ray
  • CT scan
  • a specified medical helicopter landing location. 

24-hour ER includes:

  • 12 exam rooms
  • 2 triage rooms
  • 1 trauma room
  • 1 isolation room (for infectious disease or other issues) 
  • 3 behavioral rooms
