Mercy Health Transit is a medical transportation service available to you in Perry County. This non-emergency medical program ensures you have a safe, comfortable and timely transportation option to and from any medical appointments. This includes travel to Mercy facilities or any other medical provider in your area for care. Our drivers will also make sure you're back safely inside your home before making their next stop.  

Mercy Health Transit can be used for many services, including: 

  • Cardiopulmonary rehab
  • Dental and eye appointments
  • Lab and radiology
  • Outpatient surgery 
  • Pharmacy pick-ups
  • Physical, occupational and speech therapy
  • Primary care office visits
  • Specialty clinic appointments 

How to Schedule

To schedule an appointment, call 573-768-1186.

Our hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Transportation is for medical needs only and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

There's a small fee for each trip. Payment can be made directly to your driver in either cash or check:

  • $4 for round trip within city limits
  • $10 for round trip within the county (less than 15 miles from city limits)
  • $14 for round trip within the county (more than 15 miles from city limits)
  • $1 for each additional stop
