What does this mean for Metro and Mercy patients?

• More Mercy locations, so care is never too far from you. All five locations – North St. Louis County, South St. Louis County, West St. Louis County, Richmond Heights and St. Peters – will now be called Mercy Imaging.
• More staff, for longer hours and more resources.  
• Your health care information, including imaging results, will now be shared with you and your care team on MyMercy, our free app that lets you manage your health no matter where you are.
• Non-Mercy patients and doctors are still welcome.

FAQs

Will all locations remain open?

Yes. All five Metro Imaging locations, in North St. Louis County, South St. Louis County, West St. Louis County, Richmond Heights and St. Peters, will remain open… under a new name: Mercy Imaging.

Will I still be able to access my results on MyChart?

Yes, but you’ll use Mercy’s free MyMercy app to do so. You’ll also be able to:

• Message your Mercy care team
• Schedule appointments
• Renew prescriptions
• View test results and more

Get the app for free at Google Play or the App Store and log in with your current MyChart username and password.

Will the hours remain the same?

No – there will be longer hours, on weekdays (morning and evening) as well as Saturday hours.
