Administrator, Mercy Hospital Tishomingo
Jeffrey Cleveland serves as administrator of Mercy Hospital Tishomingo in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. He has more than 35 years of health care experience, including rural health care administration and occupational therapy. Jeffrey joined Mercy in 2025 as an occupational therapist in Oklahoma City. Prior to Mercy, Jeffrey managed departments and clinics in Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma that provided rehabilitation services, therapy, primary care, cardiology and pulmonology.

Jeffrey Cleveland earned a master’s degree in human resources from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and a bachelor’s in occupational therapy from Northeast Louisiana University (now the University of Louisiana at Monroe).
