Interim Chief People Officer
Mark Moir serves as Mercy’s interim chief people officer, leading the hiring, recruiting and retaining of more than 50,000 Mercy caregivers. He joined Mercy in 2021 as vice president of HR operational performance and most recently served as vice president of talent. Prior to Mercy, Mark served in senior-level roles at Mercy Health in Ohio, Centura Health, Kaiser Permanente and Sanford Health.
Education and Credentials
Mark Moir earned his Ph.D. in leadership and organizational change from Antioch University and his master’s in business administration and bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota.
