Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer
Mark "Mo" Moir serves as Mercy’s chief people officer, leading the hiring, recruiting and retaining of more than 50,000 Mercy caregivers. He joined Mercy in 2021 as vice president of HR operational performance and most recently served as vice president of talent. Prior to Mercy, Mo served in senior-level roles at Centura Health, Kaiser Permanente and Sanford Health.
Education and Credentials
Mark "Mo" Moir earned his Ph.D. in leadership and organizational change from Antioch University and his master’s in business administration and bachelor’s degree from the University of South Dakota.
