President, Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences
Dr. Pamela Slaven-Lee serves as president of Mercy’s Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She joined Mercy in 2026, bringing more than two decades’ experience in higher education and healthcare executive leadership, with deep expertise in academic administration, program development, enrollment growth and faculty leadership. Prior to Mercy, Dr. Slaven-Lee served as chief operating officer of C3Cares Community Concierge Care, LLC in Washington, D.C.
Education and Credentials
Dr. Pamela Slaven-Lee earned her doctor of nursing practice in clinical leadership from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She has a master's in nursing (family nurse practitioner) and bachelor's in nursing from the University of Maine in Orono.
