President, Contracting and Managed Care
Paul Davis serves as Mercy’s president of contracting and managed care, leading managed care strategy, payer relations and contracting operations. He joined Mercy in 2026. Prior to that, Paul served as national vice president of network development and contracting at Humana as well as executive roles with Cook Children’s Health Care System, Texas Health Resources, PacifiCare and UnitedHealth Group.
Education and Credentials
Paul Davis earned his master’s in health care administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also has bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
