President, Mercy Northwest Arkansas Communities
Rhett Stover serves as president of Mercy Northwest Arkansas Communities. He leads operations and strategy for Mercy’s hospitals and clinics across the Northwest Arkansas region and works with community leaders on Mercy’s 30-year collaboration with the Alice L. Walton Foundation and Heartland Whole Health Institute. Stover previously served in president and CEO roles for Proactive MD, Healthcare Highways and Oklahoma State University Medicine. Prior to that, he served as chief administrative officer at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City and CEO of Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa.
Education and Credentials
Rhett earned his master’s degree in health care administration from Oklahoma State University in Tulsa and his bachelor’s in business administration marketing from the University of Oklahoma in Norman.
