Chief Physician Executive, Behavioral Health
Thomas J. Horn, Jr., DO serves as Mercy’s chief physician executive of behavioral health, leading the integration of behavioral health and psychiatry into primary care and emergency department workflows, and overseeing mental health partnerships across Mercy’s East region. Dr. Horn, a dual-boarded psychiatrist, joined Mercy in 2016. Previous leadership roles include behavioral health ministry physician lead and neurosciences service line chair for Mercy’s East region.
Education and Credentials
Dr. Horn earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Oklahoma–Tulsa.
