    Amanda Gibbons NP is great. Listens to your concerns, addressed them in a way you can understand and includes you in the care plan.

    I have been a long-time patient of Amanda Gibbons. She is a very good dr who is caring but lately she has been lacking in responding to messages (5 plus days to respond to a non-medical question) and she or her nurse does not follow up after an appointment that I recently had. I am not sure if this is the new protocol, but I had to find my own answers what to do after my test results as neither people contacted me (2 days after test results). I am not like or appreciate the direction that Mercy is going with after-care treatment from the provider as prior the medical team would contact me about my results and discuss a plan of action which they didn't this time.
