Anna was brusque and seemed impatient with me. She made me feel as though my symptoms were silly and no reason to come in while simultaneously recommending scoping for further information. I left the appointment feeling completely unsupported by her in my care and hope I can avoid scheduling with her in the future.

Anna is so caring and listens to what I have to say. She's always prepared beforehand for my visit by looking at my scans, blood work, etc. which helps her diagnose the problem faster. I appreciate that so much!
