    They were very kind, they were very polite, and they were honored and with respect. And they are patient, and they were patient with the patient. And they considered me a person of real confidence. As I got to say, I was very pleased. I have nothing bad to say about it. I was very pleased with their conduct, and I was very pleased with their actions. I'm very pleased. So at this day, I appreciate Mercy and I want them to do a good job. They improved a lot, and they keep the good work up.
