About Bailey Padgett Shredl, NP

Care Philosophy I decided to pursue medicine after my own cancer diagnosis. I have nursing and nurse practitioner experience in oncology / bone marrow transplant, as well as palliative care. My hope is to bring an empathetic approach to medicine that I’ve learned from being the patient.

NP Bailey educated me on a new drug I start on soon. She was compassionate. I could tell she really cares and wants the best for her patients. I felt extremely confident and it put my mind at ease about starting this new drug. She explained every aspect in a way I could understand. I went in almost crying and scared. Starting a new drug is stressful. I left feeling wonderful and a smile on my face. I'm so happy Bailey is part of my care team. Thank you Bailey.

My visit with the doctors and all of the staff was Great! My visit in the infusion center was very pleasant. All of the staff in this area are wonderful as well! The only negative aspect was the wait for the pharmacy that performs from the main hospital. I have had to wait more than once! The most trouble waiting period which took more than two hours, and I was the last person to leave (except for my nurses) and that was not until 4:20!!!! I do realize there is a lot construction going on and that was the reason that the tube normally used has been out of commission. I think a more efficient way should be conducted.
