    Dr. Ringhofer and the office staff are very good at explaining everything to you, very professional, tries to make sure you have a good understanding, tries to make sure that he's clear in his explanations to you. He's very thorough in what he's trying to show you and assist you with in your disease state process, and I think that's great. And the office staff, they're also very friendly, very professional. They know exactly what to do and they give good follow-up.

    This past visit was the first in quite a while where I wasn't rushed through a 10 minute visit. Time was taken to get to know me, explain facts, and how we were going to proceed and why. I feel as though I have a good clear understanding going forward.

    Dr. Ringhofer speaks very fast. It was sometimes hard to understand what he was saying. This was my first time meeting him. I will see him in eight months. They never have a schedule prepared. It is a wait and see. Very different.
