        Dr. Ro was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. He took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. At no point did he seem in a hurry to leave. I also appreciated the fact that he didn't force me to make a decision - but left the matter in my hands. He treated me as an equal and never was condescending. What a refreshing change of pace!
