        Chelsea Roy, the nurse practitioner that I recently saw, was absolutely amazing, caring, curious, and explained things to me really well, just about the health subject she was talking about. I definitely, if possible, will be going to see her again. She was an absolutely amazing health care provider, and just my overall experience at the Nixa Mercy location was so smooth, so simple, so timely, and just was very positive and helpful. And I so appreciate that, because that is a very valued, valued thing, when you know that you can go to a specific person or a specific location for health advice, and that they're going to listen and care.         This was a very productive visit. Chelsea listened carefully to my concerns. She took my pain seriously. She explained a multi-step treatment plan to attack the problem in a comprehensive way. I was very impressed with her level of concern and competency. I feel confident that relief will be achieved very soon. I appreciate the opportunity for a walk-in visit near home. Thank you.
