    Dr Karpman was very kind, and explained everything thoroughly in a manner I could understand. Heard great things about him from Mercy coworkers and they were right. The lady who took my vitals(can't recall her name) was so helpful. I came in struggling with panic. She was very helpful and showed compassion. Appreciate everyone I came in contact with!
