        Dr. Hermann and the nurse who saw me were excellent

        Yeah, I was extremely impressed with the nurse that seen me before Dr. Hermann. I don't recall her name, but she was very attentive, very cool, calm, and collective, and it seemed like she was very knowledgeable and cared about the situation. I was very impressed with her.
