    Everyone we encountered today was caring and respectful...from the front desk assistant to the nurse to Dr. Jackson. The only hiccup was that the doctor was running about 25-30 minutes behind schedule, however, my husband and I understand that things happen and were not upset about the delay in being seen on time for our appointment.

    Dr. Jackson was empathetic and knowledgeable. I unfortunately had to leave my previous obgyn team and was nervous that a new doctor wouldn't understand the trauma my husband and I went through with a previous pregnancy. Dr. Jackson gave us confidence that our future baby and I will be well cared for.
