        Everyone at the clinic and laboratory treated me with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Kramer is a very caring and compassionate physician. She listened to my concerns intently with empathy and understanding. Her bedside manner was exemplary and should be a model example for which all physicians should wish to aspire. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Kramer and all the staff at Coletta on my care team. As a retired ER physician, I recognize genuine quality medial care and acknowledge that is exactly what I am receiving with Dr. Kramer and her staff!! Thank you.

        This was our first time seeing Dr. Kramer, and she was awesome ! Very knowledgeable and caring. Approachable and friendly, listening to all our concerns. There was a long wait to see her , and then again for the follow-up appointment. But that tells us she is very much needed for the specilized services she provides, and the awesome doctor she is.
