Care PhilosophyI see myself as an extension of the doctor. There's so much I can do that a doctor would do exactly the same way - if I have questions though, I can run out and ask the doctor if I need to. Nurse practitioners have typically been nurses, so they've seen everything. They can be more on the same level as the patient. For instance I like being called by my first name - it puts us at the same level.

Jacqueline is wonderful very caring. She listens to what you have to say, you do not feel rushed. If you are having a rough day you will leave feeling better. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.

It's somewhat difficult to schedule an appointment. Sometimes I can't get in to see the Dr for up to 6 mo or told to go to Urgent care. I want to see my Dr. not to go to Urgent Care.
