    Was told to arrive early, we did, got there about 310, told to arrive by 325. Planned on using that extra 15 minutes to discuss insurance issues that are ongoing. Instead of being able to speak to someone, was told to call. Fortunately was able to resolve this, I think, while waiting. My issue is the fact that we waited literally an hour until we were called back to see the nurse practitioner. Why do you ask people to come in early so that they can wait literally an hour? Even if we had showed up at 340 when our appointment was, we still would have had to wait 30+ minutes until we were called back. As it was, my daughter and I, it was her appointment, were in the waiting room literally an hour, maybe even 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don't ever plan to show up early again because of the situation we experienced yesterday
