Dr. Scherer and his nurse were wonderful! Very professional and thorough, as well as empathetic. Dr. Scherer even called himself to deliver test results. I appreciated this personal touch and opportunity to ask questions given the updated diagnosis. I would definitely recommend!

I feel that the provider could have done a chart review on my child before entering in our room and asking me questions that were clear on the past history as well as appropriate attitudes, I suppose, to say I felt not particularly heard at our appointment.
