    Last hospital stay the care provided was great..This visit I hardly see the nurse or aids..Have to call nursing Station repeatedly...Today it was more than an hour to get care. My Humana Gold Plus provides for a private room,but I was checked into a semi private room ..I've never 'had a a roommate in 18 yrs share a room with me..In the 3 nights I've been here 3 different patients coming out of surgery are put in the room I'm staying in...I contacted Humana, then front desk admissions..Spoke with my floor nurses and nothing has happened to get me into another room...3A area has about 50 % of beds full..So I don't understand why my room is the one to transition patients every night.Sleep is impossible and I don't understand why this is going on...I HOPE SOMEONE CAN RECTIFY THE SITUATION...If it's not rectified I will check my self out of Mercy...before getting my surgery...I'm worn out, frustrated and sick of the whole situation....

    Jason explained in detail what will happen during and after my skin graft. That eased my mind . The staff are all very considerate. I definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone.

    I liked the care and the niceness of the care providers. And the nurses and the doctors being very nice to me, very pleasant to work with.
