    Jeanette NP was fantastic! It was very interesting when I called my office to get an appointment I was brought through which was like a third-party and she's like I can get an appointment for you in days and I'm like well that doesn't work for me so can I talk to a nurse? The nurse called me back from the office and said you can get in today so I'm not sure if the people that are answering the phone and scheduling appointments have full access to the schedule because it was odd that after I talk to a nurse, they could get me in with a nurse practitioner the same day.
