Highlights from patients about their experience with this provider:

They had a table set up in an entry way and people lined up as each patient was asked the same health questions I was asked on the phone before being given an appointment. The space was narrow and not very big forcing me to stand with other patients for several minutes and the line extended out the door. There was ample space in the expansive lobby away from other workers/patients to do this second questioning. In addition when I finished my appointment, I had to walk back through this space with waiting patients rather than exit through another of the numerous available doors to the parking lot. I understand what the intent was for this second screening but it was very poorly executed. If I had been told on the phone about this gauntlet I would have to endure - answering the same questions I had just answered - I would have arrived early. People were also bunched up waiting to check in - not 6 feet apart - which defeated the purpose of the screenings I had gone through.

Ms. Knight and her nurse, Shawn, provided such quality service! Mercy should be proud to have these two professionals caring for their patients!
