Care Philosophy I would like my patients to know that I will listen to them and I’m also not just a surgeon, I’m an educator. I really believe in allowing the patients to make the decision because the same x-ray on two different patients does not necessarily mean the same treatment. You can give patients an option. There's a whole spectrum with orthopedics. There's very conservative to way more aggressive and you really have to figure out what treatment option is best for that patient.

        I love Dr Buchman she is a wonderful physician. Excellent bed side manner as well and I completely trust her.

        I like the doctor, when I can get in to see her. The rest of the staff, besides the receptionist, is not knowledgeable and rude. The last 3 weeks with this practice has been very chaotic and I am not pleased. The staff just does what they want, not listening to me as the patient. After returning home from the appointment, I received an email telling me my payment had been refunded after I specifically told them NOT to refund because I had paid MORE than my copay to pay another bill. They did not listen. All of this after not receiving the treatment that I had specifically made the appointment to have. Plus the nurse could not read my chart correctly and argued with me about never having had the procedure before. This experience, along with the experience in March have me contemplating a new doctor with a different practice. It's a shame because I do like Dr. Buchman but I have to deal with the entire practice which is more than frustrating.
