    Jessica took time to listen to my concerns and addressed them with compassion and professionalism. She took as much time as I needed, and made sure I understood everything we discussed. She encouraged me to call her at the office if I had any questions or concerns. Mercy is lucky to have her on their staff. Would the BOSS (or whoever is in charge) please let her know you appreciate her. It means a lot to a patient to have someone they trust with their healthcare.

    Jessie was more than I could have asked for. She def has compassion for what she does and every pt counts. I would def recommend her to others. Very satisfied 100%
