About Jessilyn Humble, MD

Dr. Jessilyn Humble is a board-certified pediatrician dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to children. She earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Humble is affiliated with Mercy Clinic Pediatrics at 2711 S. Rouse and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is fluent in English and committed to supporting the health and well-being of every child she serves. 

Care Philosophy I chose pediatrics because children are our future, and I want to make sure our community in southeast Kansas has a good future. It's gratifying to see my patients grow up and go off to college, but I also love seeing newborns in the hospital and clinic. I have three children of my own, so I'm used to working with children both at home and at work.

        Dr. Humble got us in the same day and took us back and saw us quickly. We are so blessed to have her as our provider. She is kind, caring and thorough. Her nursing staff and front desk greet us by name and always treat us with respect and kindness.

        The wait time between the scheduled appointment and the doctor arriving were rather long. As I understand that she may have other obligations, a simple communication from the staff that she may be late would be appreciated. Other than that, no complaints. Thank you.
