Care Philosophy Coming to work at Mercy was like coming home - my mentor in college was a Mercy physician - and I'm from the Ozarks. I chose family medicine because of the variety. I see all ages, all states of health. The best part of my job is allaying fears. You do that by building relationships, and you build relationships by listening.

        They were very courteous and kind, and I had some issues I was having trouble with, and they listened and took care of it, gave me a test for it, and I feel so much better after seeing them. Thank you so much for such courteous people.
