        The care provider, John, was very empathetic and I trusted his judgment within a few moments of talking to him. And then, as always, I have to commend Mercy's janitorial staff. I haven't been in the hospital at Aurora to my memory except the front, but Mercy Joplin and the facility I was in there were clean. I believe that your janitorial staff really needs a lot of credit for keeping your facility spotless, unlike the Cox facilities in Springfield, which, unless things have changed in the last few months, are filthy. If you want some pictures concerning that, I'd be happy to text them to someone. Okay. Mercy's a great place. I appreciate you guys. Thank you. Bye.

        I was very happy with my visit to the Mercy clinic in Aurora. I did a walk-in visit because my regular primary care never has any availability unless you can wait 1-2 weeks. I am going to switch my primary care to the doctor from Aurora that comes to Monett as well.

        Very considerate, thoughtful and thorough. We enjoyed the visit and are very satisfied with our progress.
