I can tell that John Anderson is an experienced doctor and I had heard about his years of experience, but I feel that it would have been better to serve his patients if he would listen to the questions and not talk over the people that are concerned with the care of the child. There was also some confusion about the situation and we were the first patient of the day, so I don't understand why there was that confusion and a bit of disbelief when I tried to share information with him. So it would be better to listen carefully to the people that are talking to you.
