        I greatly appreciated the ability to come to a walk-in ortho clinic and being able to do imaging on site before seeing the doctor. The healthcare team was very professional and extremely efficient. Dr Capelle was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated the time he took to answer my questions.

        My experience of waiting for over an hour after having a scheduled appointment was unexceptable & very unprofessional. I almost left & would have after going to the restroom & then meeting the doctor in the hallway.
