    I am very glad that I chose Dr. Santiago to be my PCP. He is thorough, and he was willing to spend time to answer questions that I had and was very explicit in his explanations and willing to take as much time as I needed to understand exactly what he meant. I found him very courteous and receptive and competent and caring, and I am very glad that I now have Dr. Joseph Santiago as my primary care physician,
