The provider I saw ordered an MRI and Cat Scan. When the lady called to schedule the appointments I was in horrible pain and apparently I wasn't nice enough so she told me to call my doctors office because she felt I was rude to her. I didn't know she was sick and I was supposed to take care of her and her needs rather than her take care of my needs. As much pain as I've been in and explained to the provider who saw me she wanted to give me an appointment a week and a half away and when I told her the amount of pain I am in she didn't care. She didn't try to get me in sooner, she didn't say she felt bad for me, no she said I was rude to her and hung up on me. Since when is it the patients responsibility to look after the needs of the employees?

We were very pleased with alll of the those who helped me. My wifecwas with me and shecwas pleased with how they treated me. We thank them for our time with all that helped us.

Excellent care and treatment from everyone in office. I made the comment to my husband that each person was respectful, professional, knowledgeable and kind. It was an overall positive experience.
