Care Philosophy One aspect that I really like about cardiology is that you get to develop long-term relationships and take care of people over a number of years. With intervention I also get to take care of people in the hospital and and do acute procedures, but then also follow them and help them out. Being able to develop that rapport and have a good relationship over a long period of time is a nice aspect.

        My wife and I both had appointments with Dr. Sheehy, an hour and a half apart. Dr. Sheehy accommodated us, in a timely manner. We were able to get home, within two hours, to take care of other matters. It was a pleasant experience for both of us.

        Dr.Sheehy actually spent time going over my test results and answering my questions more than my previous cardiologist did. I was extremely impressed and happy with his care. I now have a much greater understanding of my previous surgery and ongoing care needs.
